The first thing that drew us to SSH was the fact that our daughter could also learn and speak Spanish. However, upon touring I was immediately drawn to the environment. Everyone is so loving and genuinely cares about her, which is a big difference compared to some other places we toured. We also really loved the small class sizes.
My daughter started this past year in their summer program and is now attending Pre-K. I cannot say enough good things about this school. Their curriculum and level of care provided at the facility is truly top-notch. I feel safe and comfortable knowing that I am dropping my daughter off at such a loving, enriching and education-driven environment. She has been able to thrive and flourish like never before in the immersion setting and I owe that to the excellent level of care and education that this school has been able to provide. Adriana Galvan

Adriana is originally from Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. She holds a bachelor's degree in educational psychology and has a wealth of experience in education. Adriana has taught at the preschool, elementary, and college levels, and has worked with children with special needs.
At SSH Cypress, Adriana's goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic environment where students feel valued, supported, and inspired to ask questions and explore new ideas. She loves to support and encourage students as they achieve their goals.
Adriana also strives to build a culture of collaboration where students, teachers, and parents all feel like part of the school community. She knows that open lines of communication are key to fostering strong relationships and support systems that lead to student success.

Periquito Azul is the feathered, friendly, and beloved mascot of Spanish Schoolhouse. The beautiful blue hyacinth macaw brings both fun and an extra touch of South America to our school. Periquito Azul helps us celebrate seasons, events, and learning throughout the school year!
