We LOVE Spanish Schoolhouse Carrollton and can't speak highly enough. The curriculum and education is strong and our girls continue to amaze us with their Spanish language acquisition at such a young age. Our favorite thing, however, is that the teachers and staff are like family - they love our children like their own. They are warm and kind. We wish our children could stay at this school forever.
The bilingual program is an obvious draw but aside from that, the warm, loving environment that is created makes school feel like an extension of home and family and that is really important to me. I love the crafts and activities they do to engage the kids!
Adriana Galvan
Director, Cypress Campus
Adriana is originally from Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. She holds a bachelor's degree in educational psychology and has a wealth of experience in education. Adriana has taught at the preschool, elementary, and college levels, and has worked with children with special needs.
At SSH Cypress, Adriana's goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic environment where students feel valued, supported, and inspired to ask questions and explore new ideas. She loves to support and encourage students as they achieve their goals.
Adriana also strives to build a culture of collaboration where students, teachers, and parents all feel like part of the school community. She knows that open lines of communication are key to fostering strong relationships and support systems that lead to student success.

Periquito Azul is the feathered, friendly, and beloved mascot of Spanish Schoolhouse. The beautiful blue hyacinth macaw brings both fun and an extra touch of South America to our school. Periquito Azul helps us celebrate seasons, events, and learning throughout the school year!
