Castle Hills SSH was the best place my daughter could have possibly attended. We loved the teachers and the staff, the atmosphere and the attention she received there. She misses her school a lot and every so often mentions her teachers, and classmates. At SSH, she was able to create first friendships that hopefully will continue over the years.
We love Spanish Schoolhouse. They offer so many different activities for the kids to do and really keep them engaged throughout the day which is not easy. The teachers are amazing and take such great care of the kiddos. It's a wonderful learning environment and we couldn't be happier with everything our daughter has learned so far. She loves going to school every day!
Adriana Pemberton
Director, Friendswood Campus
Adriana is originally from Mexico City, the largest Spanish-speaking city in the world! She has a bachelor's degree in business with a specialty in arts and entertainment management and worked as a producer and talent agent for 10 years. Adriana also holds an ESL Teaching certificate. She moved to the U.S. with her family in 2010.
Adriana became an advocate for bilingualism, based not only on her career, but on the strong desire to raise her young children bilingual and bicultural. When she saw the opportunity to join the new SSH Friendswood school, she jumped at the chance. After serving as office manager, she was excited to take on the role of director. Adriana's goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment every day where both students and teachers thrive. She strives to foster a love for learning, promote collaboration, and help students build confidence and curiosity about the world around them.

Periquito Azul is the feathered, friendly, and beloved mascot of Spanish Schoolhouse. The beautiful blue hyacinth macaw brings both fun and an extra touch of South America to our school. Periquito Azul helps us celebrate seasons, events, and learning throughout the school year!
