Required Documents and Important Information for Summer Camp

All forms must be completed and in your child's file BEFORE attending camp. Documents may be mailed, emailed, or brought to the school during regular business hours.

• Child Admission Form - Complete online in family profile after registering.
• Immunization Records/Health Statement - Submit a copy of your child's immunization records and a signed Health Statement or you may indicate if they are on file with another school (on admission form).
• Allergy Emergency Plan - If your child has a diagnosed food allergy, please provide a written Allergy Emergency Plan from your child's physician.
• Important Summer Camp Information - Please read all information before camp!
• Registration Deadline - Online registration for each camp session will close 10 days prior to the camp start date or when camp is full. Payment must be completed in order to guarantee your child's spot. If enrolling after the deadline, please call the school to check availability.

Ages

3 - 8 years (as of first day of camp)^*; campers will be grouped by age.
^* Contact school regarding possible 2-year-old exceptions.

Summer Camp 2023 Registration will begin on February 15 at 10 am.

Camp | Rainforest Expedition (06/01/2023 - 06/16/2023)  
(12 day camp)

Theme: Rainforest Expedition - Come with us on a jungle journey through the amazing Amazon! The rainforest is home to millions of species of plants and animals. Let's explore the wonders of this exotic habitat and learn fascinating facts about its animals, birds, reptiles, and plants.

Camp | Nuestro Pueblito Mágico - Our Magical Village (06/19/2023 - 06/30/2023)

Theme: Nuestro Pueblito Mágico - Our Magical Village - Latin America and Spain are full of little villages with a unique vibe and charm! Come meet us in the plaza of our imaginary SSH village, el pueblito. We'll live, work, and play together, experiencing the magical feeling of small-town life that we can't always find in the big city!

Camp | Seaside Adventures (07/03/2023 - 07/14/2023)  
Note: Camps that include the July 4 holiday are prorated.

Theme: Seaside Adventures - Come explore the beautiful beaches and magical marine life of Latin America, where almost every country borders an ocean! Each coast and region has its own treasures - from birds, fish, shells, and coral, to the lively local music and culture. Let's go to the beach for some seaside fun and adventure!

Camp | Goal 2023! (07/17/2023 - 07/28/2023)

Theme: Goal 2023! - Soccer (Fútbol) is the most popular sport in most Spanish-speaking countries and is part of the cultural identity of families and communities! In this summer camp, we'll learn about the history of the game, its exciting traditions, and tournaments like 2023's Women's World Cup hosted in Australia and New Zealand!
