Required Documents for Preschool

All forms must be completed and in your child's file BEFORE attending school. Documents may be mailed, emailed, or brought to the school during regular business hours.

2025-2026 Forms

• Child Admission Form - Complete in family profile after registering.
• Health Statement - Print and have your child's physician sign.
• Immunization Records - Please submit an updated copy from your child's physician.
• Allergy Emergency Plan - If your child has a diagnosed food allergy, please provide a written Allergy Emergency Plan from your child's physician.
• Parent Handbook of Operational Policies

Ages

18-months^* - 4 years (as of Sept 1)
^* Child must be 18-months by first day of preschool.
^** Contact us regarding availability and registration process for children turning 18-months after first day of preschool.

Enrollment

Each year in February, we hold Open Registration online for the upcoming school year. Open Registration begins at 10 am and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is full, you will have the option to put your child on a waitlist. We will notify you if a spot becomes available for your child.

Enrollment throughout the school year may also be possible if space is available - please contact the school if interested.

Currently-enrolled families have the opportunity to register in advance during an Early Registration period in January.

Early Registration for 2026-2027 will begin on January 14 at 10 am.

Open Registration for 2026-2027 will begin on January 28 at 10 am.

Tuition & Fees

Current School Year (08/13/2025 - 05/28/2026)

Annual Registration Fee: $ 230.00 (first student),  $ 50.00 (additional students in same family)
