Required Documents and Important Information for Summer Camp

All forms must be completed and in your child's file BEFORE attending camp. Documents may be mailed, emailed, or brought to the school during regular business hours.

• Child Admission Form - Complete online in family profile after registering.
• Immunization Records/Health Statement - Submit a copy of your child's immunization records and a signed Health Statement or you may indicate if they are on file with another school (on admission form).
• Allergy Emergency Plan - If your child has a diagnosed food allergy, please provide a written Allergy Emergency Plan from your child's physician.
• Important Summer Camp Information - Please read all information before camp!
• Registration Deadline - Online registration for each camp session will close 10 days prior to the camp start date or when camp is full. Payment must be completed in order to guarantee your child's spot. If enrolling after the deadline, please call the school to check availability.

Ages

3 - 8 years (as of first day of camp); campers will be grouped by age.

Theme: What's Your Superpower? - Grab your cape, flex your muscles, and strike your best superhero pose! In the make-believe world of movies, comic books, and action figures, superheroes strive to make the world a better place. Come have fun learning about fictional superheroes as well as everyday heroes in real life! Let's activate our own superpowers (our traits, talents, and abilities) and see how far they can take us!

Theme: Boots and Bandanas - Horses, cattle, boots, and bandanas, let's head out to the wild West! Saddle up for a summer adventure as we learn about the lives of early cowboys and cowgirls throughout North and South America. We'll explore the history of the Old West, and we might even enjoy a ?campfire? meal or two!

Note: Camp schedules that include 4th of July are prorated.
Theme: All Aboard the Time Machine! - Time-hop with us from eras past to the future and beyond!  Campers might find themselves in prehistoric times with dinosaurs roaming the earth or in a medieval castle surrounded by knights and princesses!  Discover ancient civilizations and journey to future times and faraway places.  In the time machine, the only limits are our imaginations!

Theme: Beyond the Stars - Journey with us to the planets, moons, stars, and beyond! In this camp, we'll go on a galactic mission in search of the outer limits of our universe. Get a glimpse of space travel and learn about the fascinating lives of astronauts. Don't miss this exciting cosmic voyage!
